Kraatz offers a thorough analysis of the bank recovery planning instrument created by the European legislator in the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD). The author also examines the connections between the recovery planning instrument and the European bank supervisory framework as a whole and presents possible legal reforms to further strengthen bank's crisis management capacities.
