»Law, Authority and Religion in the Early Modern Time« This volume contains eight papers which concentrate on four aspects of the theme as summarized in the title: the connection between religion and constitutionalisation, the significance of the Reformation for the early modern theory of law and state, the development of public international law and its confessional aspects, and the relations among law, obedience and religion.
