The questioned global financial market is built on these premises. Before this, this legal work - based on a historical, philosophical, economic and anthropological analysis - shows that without an institutional framework, agreements would not be binding, nor would lucrative exchange necessarily have been instituted as the pattern of socioeconomic behavior.
